The Role Job Overview: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building and motivating high-performing teams? We are looking for a Regional Field Manager to oversee a nationwide team, driving success and delivering outstanding results for our client. This role offers the opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team to achieve key business objectives and ensure the success against the client's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing field team Motivate and manage regional teams to consistently achieve business objectives Foster strong relationships with field teams, colleagues, and stakeholders Ensure excellent execution of brand strategies and drive sales success Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and provide coaching, with overnights where necessary Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficient practices Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights Handle adhoc requests and keep on top of admin Lead and inspire a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: Essential: Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and managing field teams. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to juggle admin and adhoc requests alongside store visits Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Primary working hours are 8.30am-6pm.
