In this role you will be responsible to create an end-to-end customer journey spanning digital and offline channels, aligned with global and local business and marketing goals. You will play a crucial role in leading our marketing transformation aligned to fully maximize the capabilities of our Marketing Technologies platforms (MarTech stack). Translate marketing strategies into creative briefs to fuel the development of impactful customer-facing messaging and assets across multiple offline and online touchpoints. Manage relationships with internal creative studios, external agencies, and partners to ensure effective and timely campaign execution. Optimize the use of digital marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement across all platforms. Define robust campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization and improvements. Oversee the activation of the campaigns in various geographies by animating relationships and handshakes with local marketing organizations. Drive innovation in marketing methodologies, tools and technologies staying abreast of best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve our capabilities. Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. > 8 years of global experience in marketing in an MNC or a marketing agency. Proven experience in marketing strategy, project management, campaign management preferably with an experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies. Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns. Proficiency in project management tools and strong organizational skills ensuring alignment in goals setting and milestones to drive impactful results. Ability to simplify processes and implement effective frameworks execution and performance tracking. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive change management and be a trusted advisor. Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills to be able to work effectively with individuals without direct line of authority.
