Now, we’re looking for an experienced Global Account Manager to join our team and drive success with some of the largest corporate clients in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
* Lead and manage one or more Strategic Global Accounts (SGAs), working closely with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) worldwide.
* Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximize the potential of key global accounts.
Sales and Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute 1-year sales targets and engagement plans for Strategic Global Accounts.
* Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth from both existing and prospective clients.
* Recommend pricing strategies and sales approaches for new and existing clients.
Account Management and Collaboration
* Act as the lead for key SGAs and directly manage the overall account strategy.
* Collaborate with RAMs globally to align regional efforts with the overall client account plan.
* Foster and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasury Directors, Credit Managers) to expand the business.
Client Relationships and Growth
* Develop long-term partnerships with large corporate clients and financial institutions.
* Ensure smooth implementation of solutions by coordinating with internal teams (Risk, Legal, IT, Information).
* Work closely with international brokers to strengthen Coface’s position in the large corporate segment.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
* Monitor and report on performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives.
* Provide regular updates on actions and results to both the Regional and Group levels.
What We’re Looking For
Experience and Background
* 10–15 years of experience in selling complex B2B financial services or solutions to large international corporations.
* Proven track record of working with major accounts in finance, industry, and services sectors.
* Solid understanding of credit insurance, financing solutions, and the B2B information market.
* Strong network and ability to engage at the highest levels of large corporate structures.
Skills and Competencies
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies for large, complex accounts.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
* Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
