Division Station Support Officer: Aberystwyth Fire Station

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking applications from individuals for the role of permanent Division Station Support Officer within the Service's Northern Division (Ceredigion and Powys), based at Aberystwyth Hub.
The Role
The successful post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective and efficient administrative processes in relation to the running of the stations within the Division. To provide administrative support within the Division, where required by the Senior / Division Coordinator, in relation to, deployment / Time and Attendance Records including the processing new and updated DL7 forms and updating online records. Performance Management and sickness Absence management.
This is a part time post working 30 hours per week with flexible hours in line with the Service’s flexi-time scheme.
