Customer Service Administrator
£25,000 to £28,000 per annum, Permanent, 09:00am to 17:30pm M-F, BS35 Severn Beach, Bristol.
Expanding, forward-thinking, and team-oriented, a multi-billion pound global freight forwarding business is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. With 350 offices worldwide, this role is based in their brand new, purpose-built offices, playing a vital part within their fun-loving team.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for clients to organize incoming goods receipt.
2. Work closely with a global client base in processing inbound orders.
3. Maintain stock levels via the warehouse management system.
4. Process orders on an internal CRM system.
5. Raise invoices to clients.
6. General department administration.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have an administrative background, be proficient in Microsoft programs, and be confident in picking up new packages. Experience with a CRM system and a warehouse management system is beneficial, but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This role is suitable for individuals with experience as a transport administrator, customer service advisor, or warehouse administrator.
