We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager or Account Director with strong commercial and contract management skills. The ideal candidate will possess the enthusiasm, aptitude, and ability to upsell to blue-chip clients.

What You'll Do:
As the Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's relationships with key blue-chip customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Account Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Operations Team Analysts.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Strategic Direction:
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and recommend process improvements.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure efficient project progress.
- Collaborate with customers to negotiate contractual terms and manage deliverables.
Financial Management:
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in setting financial targets and managing customer budgets.
Promote Sustainable practises:
- Advise customers on effective water management strategies.
- Support initiatives that promote sustainability in water usage.
