Procurement and Commercial Negotiation Apply in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements in the given category. Omnichannel retail experience will be highly valued. Develop negotiation plans, conduct supplier assessments, and evaluate proposals to drive cost reductions while maintaining quality standards Lead complex commercial negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contracts related to omnichannel Retail, including but not limited to Food, Beverage, Boutique and Duty-free items and all associated services to deliver these. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation across category at a global level and across all Operating Companies [airlines] in the group. Implement initiatives to optimize spend, streamline processes, and enhance supplier relationships Drive conversations with stakeholders to increase awareness of cost-saving opportunities and promote a culture of financial stewardship Manage complex supplier contracts, ensuring, optimal service levels, best product offerings and value creation. Develop business cases to drive strategic procurement decisions and enhance supplier relationships. Ensure seamless coordination between catering, retail and supply chain suppliers, leveraging industry knowledge to optimize procurement strategies. Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, address concerns, and solicit feedback, acting as the SME within the group. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiate and manage contracts that support the company's interests Qualifications Proficiency in using Excel/Powerpoint Superior Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating intricate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Adaptive Learning: Continuous learner, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and leveraging new tools and techniques in data analysis and commercial evaluation Excellent written and spoken English Strong procurement experience in catering, retail, or inflight services is desirable Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and business case development. Knowledge of airline catering operations and retail procurement. Ability to manage multiple suppliers and ensure high service standards.
