Requirements: Experience working with autistic individuals (preferably within a care or support setting). Understanding of autism spectrum conditions and the challenges faced by individuals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to individual needs. Patience, empathy, and a person-centred approach to care. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to clients' needs. A relevant care qualification or willingness to undertake training.
