Live longer.”—Dr. Howard Murad, Founder Key Attributes: • Highly organised and Multi-Tasker • Budget Tracking and Numeracy skills • Experience managing multiple suppliers • Experience managing events • Interest and knowledge of social media platforms • Knowledgeable in the beauty creator landscape Responsibilities & Duties: • Tracking budgets • Liaising closely with all suppliers Working closely with internal departments e.g. marketing, design and finance • Full mailer management • Detailed results analysis and reporting • Managing an influencer onboarding programme • Responsibility for trade press junior consumer press • Supporting the Head of PR with relevant administrative duties Admin Press: • Managing large scale mailouts to both press and influencers- overseeing all elements of the mailer, including product requirements, supplier quotes, mailing lists and full execution via a third party warehouse. • Saving press coverage daily and delivering coverage reports/internal presentations. • Proactively work with beauty trade press & junior beauty press to secure coverage. • Updating and close management of all press and influencer databases. • Handle press enquiries quickly and efficiently. • Monthly database updates of all reporting figures. • Careful budget management, raising POs and updating monthly budget tracker. • Liaising with all suppliers to purchase, ensuring POs are raised, credit card tracker is up to date and all paperwork is logged & tracked. • Monthly & quarterly - Prepare presentations & PR reports. • Placing and managing stock orders. • Review key print titles on weekly basis to identify coverage opportunities & develop knowledge of contacts and understanding of pages. • Event management – organizational support. Supporting with virtual/IRL press events e.g. guest list management, mailing list preparation, travel for guests, stock orders for event gifting, couriers. Social: • Good knowledge of social media follows beauty influencers on Instagram & Tik Tok and has a keen interest in up & coming creators. • Leads the (organic) onboarding of all new creators to the brand with gifting mailers treatment invitations. • Activations & tactics to retain existing community (events, facials & ad hoc gifting mailers). • Hosts monthly facial days in-salon for influencers to experience Murad treatments. • Managing mailing lists/ all update & using Type form to secure details. • Daily/ Weekly use of Tribe Dynamics platform to get insights/analyse results and generate coverage reports. • Use competitor insight analysis on Tribe Dynamics to identify influencers for onboarding. • Support the team with virtual and experiential press and influencer events. • Work collaboratively and creatively with the brand marketing teams on NPD launches and influencer partnerships. What we are looking for: • Candidate must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Tribe (Daily use). Bonus: Cision /Canva /Asana. • Someone who loves the beauty industry and has 6 months to 1 year experience in a busy press office or coming from another brand. • Experience working with prestige beauty brands is an advantage. Open to both in house or agency experience. • You will enjoy working in a busy communications team, be brilliantly organised and a quick learner. • The role is fast paced, strong organizational & multi-task skills are essential. • You are someone able to meet deadlines & has great attention to detail. • You’ll be excited to work with beauty press and the variety of influencers as you will be maintaining the brand relationship with our existing tribe and onboarding content creators from a wide variety of disciplines. • Someone who is self-motivated and can see a few steps ahead to get the ball rolling & always be on top of things. • You will be meeting with junior press contacts and influencers regularly as well as hosting facial days at our destination treatment rooms.
