Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure stock gets to the right places at the right time
* Accountable for raising all purchase orders in a timely manner & distributing to relevant suppliers
* Communicate with suppliers and logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to deliveries
* Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
* Analyze stock and sales by store, highlighting concerns regarding stock targets and store capacities.
* Build relationships with stores and maintain reports to evaluate store performance and stock levels on a weekly basis and make recommendations to improve store performance
* Communicate with warehouse to manage distribution of orders to stores
* Become a super-user on all internal stock management systems
* Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, and managing communications for the merchandising department.
