Contract: Permanent, School-Employed
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
A wonderful opportunity has become available for a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Braintree on a permanent contract. If you're passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed, this could be the perfect role for you!
Role Details:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with SEN.
- Help foster the student's academic progress, engagement, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create and implement effective learning strategies.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with students with SEN (preferred).
- Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting individual student progress.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
