Main duties of the job Leading and managing all aspects of the Directorate Head of Office function and Programme Management Office. Acting as a visual focal point and senior point of escalation for the Directorate, connecting with functions within the Directorate, the wider ICB and external stakeholders / organisations, and always upholding the Directorates purpose and vision. Acting as the single conduit for development of ICB Nursing & Quality Strategies and/or policies in response to National guidance or ICB gap analysis. Establishing, leading and managing the delivery of multiple highly complex, and sometimes contentious, major change projects that impact on several organisations in the health and care system The lead point within the Directorate to provide strategic and operational advice, information and challenge to colleagues and key stakeholders including the Executive Director of Nursing and Quality and Executive Director Clinical & Care Professionals, Directors, Deputy Director, and the Place-based Senior Nurses within the team. Developing and implementing project and programme management methodologies, ensuring that workstreams are managed with clear accountabilities and appropriate project documentation, and ensuring these products and processes are available to and embedded within the wider Directorate.
