Duties : Job Costing & Quoting : Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients. Coordination with International Partners : Communicate with overseas offices and partners. Job Management : Set up and manage job files on the internal system. Logistics Coordination : Organize and arrange collections and deliveries. Customs Procedures : Liaise with customers for clearance instructions and complete customs clearances. Client Communication : Keep customers updated throughout the process. Invoicing & Payments : Manage costing, invoicing, and payment arrangements. Supplier Liaison : Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure smooth operations from start to finish. Customer Service : Deliver top-quality customer service throughout the process. Requirements : Only candidates with UK Freight Forwarding experience will be considered. This role is open to professionals experienced in Air, Ocean, or Road Freight, dealing with both Imports and Exports.
