Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
We have a new position for a Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller to join a busy Accounts department. Please note this role is full time, on site at their Head Office in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening new credit accounts
* Posting sales invoices to the ledger
* Checking prices and stock notes
* Raising and posting credit notes & journals
* Processing payments received
* Chasing payments by phone and email, managing inbox
* Any other ad-hoc duties in house i.e. daily post
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller role is essential
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Keen attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
