Customer Service Advisor
Basic Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)
Location: Slough
New vacancy for a Front of House/CSA/Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre.
Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the main purpose of the job is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

1. Excellent Customer Service
2. Multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
3. Attention to detail in all administration
4. Scanning Documents
5. Booking parts
Skills and Qualifications of a Front of House/CSA/Customer Service Advisor:
1. Experience of working in a modern Accident Repair Centre/Bodyshop is desirable for this role
2. Excellent customer service and organisation skills
3. Good IT skills
4. Experience of cash credit control
5. Excellent administrative skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
7. Ability to work within a team environment
