A generous referral scheme. What you’ll be doing: The people we support are adults have a range of diverse needs. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Personal care may be involved participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills. This is within a large spacious Victorian residential house with extensive gardens. Who you are: Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external. Have a NVQ level 2 or willing to work towards. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities. Flexible as you may be required to cover some waking night shifts as required due to service needs.
