PMO MANAGER
Location: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13 0SL)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven PMO Manager to join a dynamic and innovative Projects Team, committed to delivering excellence in project management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful planning, governance, and delivery of projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
As a PMO Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive efficiency, consistency, and best practices across project operations. Key Responsibilities
* Track project progress accurately using Monday.com
* Support audits to ensure compliance with project requirements
* Streamline documentation for efficiency and clarity
* Ensure governance procedures are followed across the board
* Collaborate with the team to define project requirements and objectives
* Improve processes to enhance Project Manager effectiveness
* Proactively track project progress and address arising issues
* Work with stakeholders to eliminate blockers and keep projects moving smoothly
* Provide additional support during the absence of PMO team members
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a PMO Manager or similar role (preferably in FM or Construction sector)
* Experience or knowledge in project management is also essential
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Ability to analyse data to support client and internal reporting
* Proficiency in Monday.com and COUPA is essential
* Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
* A degree or Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
