Job Purpose: Along with another People Advisor - Compensation, you will serve as the primary escalation point for all compensation-related queries (escalated from Tier 1 People Services) and take ownership of administrative tasks, reporting, and managing daily compensation queries from colleagues and people managers in the UK, allowing our Compensation Partner to focus on strategic work.

We are a centralised team responsible for managing all administrative tasks and complex queries related to compensation. Minimum Qualifications:
1. You have 3+ years of experience specializing in compensation, HR, payroll, or data analysis.
2. You have intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas) and can draw meaningful and reliable conclusions from large, complex datasets.
3. You possess a basic understanding of statistics (e.g., mean, median, quartiles) to support data-driven decision-making.
4. You demonstrate strong knowledge of market pay dynamics across the UK.
5. You can collaborate effectively with different colleagues across the People team recognizing that different partners may have unique ways of working.
6. You have experience in process improvement and alignment, with a continuous focus on streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct job evaluations to ensure fairness and consistency across the business.
2. Manage compensation queries from colleagues ensuring effective ticket (ServiceNow) resolution.
3. Review and submit pay data to external, market-leading salary surveys.
4. Maintain and update manager resources in online brochures.
5. Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and updates in our HCM system.
6. Support the pay review cycle by ensuring data integrity, testing compensation planning tools, and facilitating a seamless experience for Managers during year-end reward activities.
7. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional People teams, Director of Rewards, and People Business Partners.
8. Recommend process improvements to strengthen workflows and collaboration.
9. Provide ad hoc support to the Reward Centre of Excellence (COE) for projects and initiatives.
10. Complete cyclical compensation activities, including gender pay gap analysis and national minimum wage reviews.
