We are partnered with a Luxury accessories brand, who require an executive to support the founder. This role requires the candidate to be highly organised with accurate attention to detail, and strong communication skills and to be able to represent the brand as expected in partnership meetings and PR events etc.
Previous experience as a office manager or executive assistant would be preferential, aswell as a real love of jewellery and accessories.
Key Requirements:
* Support the brand Founder
* Accurate diary management, logisitcal and critical path management
* Proactive diary management
* Overral office and facilities management expenses
* Support coordination of brand events, collaborations, client or VIP events
* Arrange internal logistics of deliveries, and repairs, plating, engraving
* Support and ensure smooth launch of new products
* Ensure timely delivery of packaging, visual and display props
* Roll out of branding projects
* Manage ad hoc projects
* Coordinate general team HR responsibilties such as holiday requests
* Manage stock levels of packaging and office supplies
* Logistical co-ordination for all brand events, collaborations, clientor VIP events
* Collating and editing brand materials and information packs aligning with brand identity
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
