Venue Technician

Position Overview:
To prepare, set up and operate AV equipment for corporate events within various venues local to South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, and prepping equipment prior to each event.
* Accurate and timely setup and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment for corporate events.
* Use of company van to transport equipment to and from each venue.
* Operation of projectors, PA systems, and presentations whilst troubleshooting any issues to ensure the smooth running of each event.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
* Work both independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
* Handle equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an AV Technician.
* Full UK Driving License.
* Strong communication skills.
Package:
* Salary: GBP25K - GBP27K
* 28 days annual leave (rising by 1 day per year up to 33 days)
* 1.5X overtime rates
* Pension
