This unique Deputy Hospital Director position is within a Tier 4 Hospital that provides specialist eating disorder services for young people aged 13-18 years whose needs can no longer be met in the community. Essential Criteria for the Deputy Hospital Director position:
1. Leadership experience at Ward Manager level minimum
2. Detailed understanding of statutory regulations
3. Ability to work cross-functionally both in clinical, support services and business environments
4. Passionate about providing high quality care and continuous improvement
5. Evidence of other development and / or training which indicates a commitment to continuous development
6. Experience of managing a clinical budget desired but not essential
