The Team:
This is a hybrid role working in office at 25 Ropemaker Street, London and remote. We seek a proactive individual with good problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills for our Administrative Assistant position within Corporate & Infrastructure Teams.
The Impact:
This is an exciting opportunity to really get involved with the business. Learning how a credit rating is determined from start to finish. The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting Analytical Managers and Analysts as well as offering on-site assistance to the Corporate & Infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate calendars and schedules to ensure pro-active and effective time management and prioritization of engagements. Organize and schedule various meetings and provide logistical support such as booking internal meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating AV support.
* Assist analysts with committee invites, ensuring that they are sent out in a timely manner using the relevant conferencing platforms.
* Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with company policies, including visa arrangements and itinerary coordination.
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and ensure timely completion of all deliverables. Working closely with other AAs, providing cover and other administrative duties as required.
* Ensure timely processing of expenses and invoices and completion of all required system approvals.
* Assist in coordinating onsite logistics for executives during their visits to the London office.
* Manage and maintain specific project tasks accurately and relevant workflow procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* We are looking for a self-driven individual with good problem-solving, organizational, and administrative support skills.
* A foreign language would be useful but not essential.
* Good PowerPoint, Word, Excel knowledge.
* Ability to learn new systems.
* Can-do attitude – no task is too small!
* Ability to juggle tasks and be able to prioritize.
* A team player who is able to collaborate effectively across all levels.
