Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to identify, attract, and recruit top talent. In this role, you will ensure candidates not only possess the required skills but also align with the company’s values and behavioural attributes. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and lead the entire recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, take detailed vacancy briefs, and establish recruitment timelines.
* Advertise roles across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and specialized channels, while identifying innovative ways to target potential candidates.
* Actively source candidates through CV databases and external job boards, creating and maintaining talent pools for future needs.
* Manage applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability, providing feedback to hiring managers.
* Organize interviews, send confirmations, and provide guidance on interview best practices.
* Oversee the offer process, coordinating onboarding and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
* Conduct psychometric assessments and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns and enhance employer branding.
* Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and implement process improvements.
* Act as an ambassador for the organization, always seeking to attract and engage exceptional talent.
Requirements:
Essential Knowledge & Experience
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, skill matching, and proactive talent pooling.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CV databases.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including compliance with employment law.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies across various roles simultaneously.
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in the property or construction sectors.
* Familiarity with psychometric testing and assessment tools.
* Previous experience with PeopleHR or similar ATS platforms.
Skills & Abilities:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time office-based role: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
* Occasional travel may be required to support recruitment activities
