To support the continued delivery of admission avoidance across The Hertfordshire and West Essex System. To receive incoming telephone calls from health care professionals and support the clinical team with administrative tasks. To effectively prioritise incoming referrals and telephone calls into the Unscheduled Care Coordination Hub for the clinical teams. The E&N Referral Hub operates 7 days a week 8am to 10pm, 365 days a year.
