GDi are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated QHSE Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for directing, managing, and monitoring all QHSE activities and QHSE performance within priorities and timelines.
Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1. Competent in the provision of QHSE support and direction to the workforce - Provision of advice to managers and staff on all aspects of QHSE company policy, contract, and legislative requirements.
2. Development and implementation of Company and contract QHSE objectives and targets in line with Company QHSE Strategy.
3. Leading Accident/Incident investigation to determine the Root Cause, identify key lessons and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.
4. Highly Skilled in Risk Management and Mitigation, including Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.
5. Completing and managing Client QHSE pre-qualification questionnaires/tenders within timelines.
6. Management of Supplier pre-qualification and QHSE performance monitoring.
