Who We Are
We're a family office focused on real estate development, asset management, and a broad investment portfolio. We’re passionate about spotting new opportunities and driving growth.
What We Do
1. Develop residential and commercial real estate across the UK.
2. Manage a diverse property portfolio, primarily in the North West, alongside some investments abroad.
3. Maintain private and public equity investments alongside trusted partners.
4. Oversee all ventures hands-on, from refurbishments to strategic asset management.
5. Constantly pursue new deals and entrepreneurial ventures.
Our Values
1. Entrepreneurial Spirit: We excel at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
2. Hands-On Approach: We stay actively involved in every stage of our investments.
3. Collaboration: We work closely with legal, financial, and operational experts to ensure success.
Locations
One of us is based in Manchester; the other is in London. We manage investments and opportunities across both cities and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
A Personal Assistant to support our personal lives while offering light business support. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing diaries and schedules (personal and business).
2. Handling personal errands and household coordination.
3. Assisting with light business tasks (basic bookkeeping, document prep, liaising with accountants/lawyers).
4. Managing phone calls, emails, and meeting arrangements.
5. Adopting a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Flexible Hours: Work around your schedule; we recognize life and business can change rapidly.
Remote Work: No office attendance is required. We will consider fully virtual candidates, but ideally you’re based in Manchester or London to facilitate in-person tasks when needed.
Why Join Us
1. Growth Potential: A fast-growing deal pipeline means consistent opportunities for advancement.
2. Entrepreneurial Environment: Experience a dynamic, fast-paced role that goes beyond a typical 9–5.
3. Hands-On Learning: Gain exposure to diverse areas—real estate, asset management, and new ventures.
4. Long-Term Stability: We value loyalty; our family EA has been with us for 30 years.
If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a role that blends personal assistance with light business support, we’d love to hear from you. Be part of our exciting journey at Northlake Group!
