About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, empathetic, self-motivated, and process-driven Administrator to join our friendly, professional multidisciplinary team at Family Mental Health Services in East Tamaki.
You’ll play a vital part in supporting our clinical teams with a range of administrative tasks, including:
* Reception and front-line customer service
* Fleet and file management
* Ordering resources and supplies
* Providing occasional EA support to team managers
Based on Springs Road in East Tamaki, this is a permanent part-time position working 32 hours a week Monday to Friday.
About You
You’re a natural organiser, calm under pressure, and always ready to lend a hand. You bring a "no job is too much trouble" mindset and pride yourself on being a go-to team member.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential as is your ability to multi-task and work efficiently when under pressure.
* Your computer skills will be top-notch, and you will have mastered the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
* An understanding of i.PM, HCC, and Oracle Procurement will be a definite advantage and allow you to hit the ground running.
