Customer Service Advisor
OA are currently working with a growing organisation and are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support in providing a strong customer experience as well as processing orders and updating the databases.
* Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
* £25,000 - £26,000
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Customer Service Advisor – Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional customer experience across multiple platforms
* Ensure all orders are processed daily
* Maintaining the customer database
* Explore customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Identify trends within the business to improve our overall customer experience
* Ensure that we deliver against our OTIF promise date
Customer Service Advisor – Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience working within customer service role
* Verbal and written communication
* Be Reliable and flexible
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be computer literate
* Ability to prioritise workload
