As a Programme Manager you will support the Engineering Capital Operations Manager with the delivery of Capital projects on site by the EPCM provider ensuring the Project Management Framework is followed and the needs of the business clearly identified and delivered.
In this role you will…
1. Manage the interface between the client and the EPCM provider to ensure projects are completed in compliance with statutory and company GMP, Engineering and EHS standards.
2. Liase with EPCM provider for the delivery of the site capital plan for the defined business areas.
3. Liase with the business area and planning teams to ensure the required project shutdown windows are well defined and agreed, then built into the production plans.
4. Manage shutdown activities and release/return of facilities as per agreed timelines.
5. Support construction activities in and adjacent to the business areas, ensuring projects are completed in compliance with statutory and company EHS standards.
6. Support the Capital Projects Operations Manager with the site capital planning process.
7. Lead client meetings, including variation notes to agreed scope, and escalate issues to Capital Projects Operations Manager.
8. Work with the business areas to understand their project requirements and ensure these are clearly articulated in a STP for the client meetings and CRC review.
9. Ensure business needs are clearly defined in project URB for the PIP submission.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Qualified to HNC level in appropriate discipline.
2. Significant experience within a project management environment.
3. Good written and communication skills.
4. Highly proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel applications.
5. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP and QMS) environment.
