The applicant needs to have care experience and have at least a level 2 in health and social care and be willing to work towards level 3. They need to be happy to cover day shifts and the sleeping night shifts. May suit someone who is looking for additional hours alongside a current role. Position Overview Pay: £15.48 per hour for day shifts, £12.65 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 per hour on weekends. Hours: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, coordinated with Estate and Operations Managers.
