The Role:
1. Dealing with all aspects of communication with customers.
2. Quoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, and suggesting product ideas.
3. Making outbound calls to existing customers.
4. Liaising directly with suppliers to gain pricing information.
5. Coordinating with relevant inter-departmental personnel and customers regarding any issues with customer orders.
6. Updating customer websites to include the product range.
7. Analysing spreadsheets to monitor spend and product trends.
8. Although mainly inbound calls, the successful candidate would be expected to make some outbound calls to established customers.
9. Working as an integral member of the Sales Team and offering support and help to all colleagues.
About You:
1. Good IT and administrative skills.
2. Good telephone manner.
3. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
4. Experience of working in an office environment.
5. Good written/numerical and communication skills.
6. Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
