Location: Manchester, Birmingham & additional locations
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000

About the Role: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee high-rise projects managing the bedroom and kitchen installation projects, involving a mix of site visits and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee high-rise installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
6. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

2. Furniture Installations
Values: GBP600K-GBP4M
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in project management, particularly in kitchen, bathroom, and furniture installation.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
