Are you an experienced Assembly Technician looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Aerospace manufacturing environment? We're seeking skilled individuals to support the production of high-quality aircraft interiors, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble components using a wide range of tools, motorized equipment, aerospace-grade adhesives, and fasteners.
* Work with diverse materials including alloys, steels, plastics, fabrics, and leathers.
* Read and interpret complex aerospace-standard engineering drawings and documentation.
* Maintain component traceability and package finished goods for road, sea, and air cargo.
* Comply with company health and safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
* Uphold quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
* Cross-train in other skills as needed to support business objectives.
What You'll Need:
* 5+ years' assembly experience in an aerospace or engineering manufacturing environment.
* High proficiency in using power, hand, and mechanical tools.
* Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
* Knowledge of industry quality requirements.
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred, or 7+ years' relevant experience.
Working Hours:
* Day Shift: Mon-Thu: 07:00-16:00, Fri: 07:00-12:00.
* Late Shift: Mon-Thu: 15:00-00:00, Fri: 12:00-17:00.
