Job Description
As part of the Sourcing team, you will become the Subject Matter Expert for a variety of unique waste streams and suppliers, playing a crucial role in delivering waste services for one of our key customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all new service requests are allocated to the appropriate service partner, balancing cost, quality, and risk considerations. Additionally, you will oversee the compliant procurement of waste services across the UK, ensuring that all services are delivered in line with contractual SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the process and logging of client calls regarding sites and the accurate translation of these calls into engineering or FM solutions.
Identification of the most appropriate solution to the client request within the contractual process.
Build relationships with client and account delivery team.
Management and updating of associated software and programs (e.g. Maximo).
General administration duties.
Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to the client.
Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective.
Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role.
Call handling experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
Excellent communication skills.
Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals.
Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities.
Capability to understand and analyse statistical data.
