Superstruct Entertainment is a leading live entertainment platform that owns and operates major music festivals in the UK, Europe and Australia. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Artist Contracting Assistant with a solid understanding of the live industry to join our growing team.
Working alongside the Artist Contracting Manager, this role will provide year-round support to ensure contracting requirements for artist bookings are undertaken efficiently and in good time. From contract negotiation to workflow management and group reporting, you’ll assist with all aspects of the contracting process to support the smooth operation of our festivals. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Reviewing, negotiating and amending contracts in line with Superstruct Entertainment offer terms and conditions and managing the signature process
· Assisting the Artist Contracting Manager in liaising with major agencies, artist teams and agents
· Preparing and delivering reports to key festival stakeholders
· Ensuring all workflows, documents, contracts and folders are updated, organised and easily accessible
· Supporting the Artist Contracting Manager to ensure deadlines are met and the overall process runs smoothly

Candidate Profile:
· Relevant experience in artist booking either on the promoter or agency side
· Very strong administrative and project management skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
· Desirable: legal drafting experience (e.g. paralegal)
· Desirable: familiarity with Airtable and Box
While previous music industry and contracting experience is very desirable, we welcome all applicants eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced industry.
Location: Portsmouth or London/ remote hybrid with travel to Portsmouth (subject to experience)
