Main Duties of the Job
We work as part of an integrated team to deliver the Healthy Child Programme, developing tailored health plans with families to address their parenting and health needs. Our Health Visiting teams support families in identifying their health needs, and with clinical specialist Health Visitors, you will have opportunities to develop your practice.
We provide parenting skills support through parenting groups and home visits, especially for families with complex health needs. Collaboration with other health care providers ensures seamless service delivery.
