What will I do in the role?
* Actively generate new leads through innovative sales initiatives, fully leveraging our historical lead database and the wide range of enquiries we receive.
* Build, maintain, and convert a targeted sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up with potential clients.
* Manage the sales process end-to-end – from lead generation, client need analysis, appointment setting, pitch deck creation, leading ITT/RFP processes, to finalising deals and closing sales.
* Work closely with the Travel Director to align strategies and enhance business growth. Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving business objectives.
What do I need?
* Proven track record in managing ITT/RFP processes and a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle in the insurance sector.
* High energy levels and a relentless pursuit of new business opportunities.
* Strong interest and understanding of insurance solutions, particularly in outsourced insurance propositions, including white-labelled and co-branded options.
* Confident in your ability to significantly boost our market share in the personal lines insurance affinity space.
