Abit About The Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and managing the purchase ledger payments. Your primary focus will be on the accounts payable function. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all invoices are paid promptly, resolving queries quickly and efficiently, and maintaining the purchase ledger. Other Responsibilities Will Include Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries Producing BACS payment runs/urgent CHAPS Managing/handling unallocated cash Managing Company Credit cards and Staff Expense payments Reconciliation of Supplier Statements Processing Supplier Invoices Conducting account analysis Any other ad hoc Finance duties assigned by your Line Manager This is an exciting role, that offers the potential for further progression, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities for the right candidate.
