Description The Strategic Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling cutting edge services to the Multifamily/Social housing property management sector, specifically targeting apartment blocks and flats. The services are mainly monitoring of Water Leaks, Thermostats and Smoke/CO detection based on an IoT cloud platform subscription. We are looking for a new team player, an outstanding and experienced salesperson within sales of solutions or services to Social Housing, Property Managers and key stakeholders in the multifamily housing segment. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our influence and effectiveness within the property management sector in the UK, focusing on services for apartment buildings/blocks of flats across the region. JOB DUTIES: Strategise and implement sales plans specifically designed for the social housing/Multifamily sector in the UK, focusing on apartment buildings/blocks of flats, to achieve and surpass revenue goals in the region Utilise your broad network to cultivate and enhance relationships with property management companies, leaseholders, freeholders, RTM companies, and essential stakeholders in the blocks of flats arena Identify new business opportunities and solidify our market presence in the region Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closure, and follow-up for customer satisfaction Collaborate with our team to ensure flawless delivery of our services to our customers Keep up to date with industry trends, legislative changes, and competitive activities to guide strategic planning and business expansion Develop tailored sales proposals that address the specific needs and concerns of each stakeholder, with a particular emphasis on fire safety and water leak protection solutions for blocks of flats Keep precise records of sales activities, customer engagements, and pipeline development in our CRM system YOU MUST HAVE: A minimum of 5 years of experience selling subscription-based services, property management, real estate, or specifically IoT solutions within the Multifamily sector Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation to include public speaking at events and tradeshows and the ability to stand comfortably in front an audience to deliver presentations /CPDs A results-focused mindset with the capability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team Comprehensive knowledge of the UK's property management market WE VALUE: Individuals with an established network within the property management industry An understanding and interest in technology Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Generous bonus scheme Remote working when not travelling to meet customers Opportunity to sell comfort and safety management software that will make property management easier, protect assets and help save lives LI-FM1 LI-REMOTE
