THE ROLE
* The business is looking for a people-focused candidate.
* Performing clerical duties, including mailing, filing, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls.
* Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors.
* Typing correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents.
* Answering client questions, providing updates, and confirming orders.
* Engaging in any educational opportunities as needed.
* Key in accurate data entry within an in-house system.
THE PERSON
This role is ideal for you to get a fantastic work-life balance and develop a long-term career. The successful candidate must:
* Have experience speaking to customers.
* Hold a driving license.
* Have experience working with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

* Hours: Dayshift only role 8:30am- 5pm or 9am-5:30pm, weekend overtime where required.
* Temporary ongoing role.
