This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in Crawley, supporting various HR functions and contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Contract: 12 month fixed-term. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation. Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
