We are working with a secondary school in Portsmouth seeking a dedicated SEMH Lead to join their team. As the SEMH Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the support available to students facing SEMH challenges, ensuring they have the foundation to thrive academically and socially. You will work collaboratively with staff, families, and external partners to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that fosters resilience, emotional well-being, and positive behaviour.
This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of SEMH, a commitment to supporting young people, and the ability to lead by example.

Deliver one-on-one sessions and group interventions to help students build resilience, coping mechanisms, and social skills.

Experience in SEMH Support:
A proven track record of working with young people with SEMH needs, ideally in an educational setting. Experience with mental health interventions is highly desirable.

Relevant Qualifications:
