Responsibilities
This is a full-time role (part time considered for exceptional candidates). The role entails overseeing the development and delivery of bids, managing frameworks, and leading the bid management process.
Bids & Frameworks Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to create competitive proposals and ensure compliance with bid requirements.
* Implement Bid and proposal management processes and procedures
* Implement and promote the use of tooling and assets
* Create and deliver learning & development Bid & proposal management assets to educate the business on how to create winning proposals
* Facilitate and report on the identification of new opportunities across frameworks and the tender process
* Facilitate opportunity go / no go company processes
* Oversee and manage existing and future framework contracts and their KPIs
* Track and manage bid budgets and spend
* Provide close integration with other CoE to manage forward demand for SMEs for both bid production and delivery
* Provide leadership and management responsibilities, including the identification of associate support and continuous build out of bid and proposal general personnel
* Lead bid management responsibilities for the key account and strategic opportunities
* Create and manage a library of FAQ, Case studies, CVs and exemplar bid answers
Location: Hybrid - City of London/ Remote

Day Rate: Competitive
Required Skills
