Senior Program Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Sortation Centre Solutions team: responsible for ensuring security services and asset protection across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment.

Our operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Sortation Centre Solutions team.
In this key role, you will manage the Sortation Solutions team and be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Sortation Centre environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Security and Loss Prevention team with developing, maintaining, and continuously improving risk-based security projects and programs specific to Sortation Operations within EMEA.
* Develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals.
* Identify, assess, prioritize risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
* Develop strategic goals as well as roadmaps and drive strategic initiatives.
* Engage senior management from across EMEA to build a culture of security awareness, ensure a positive working relationship, understand opportunities to support, and share successful programs and lessons learned with global teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* A relevant degree or degree equivalent.
* Relevant experience in industry practice including leading project and programs to reduce risk within operational processes.
* Relevant experience managing a team dispersed across a geographical area as well as development, hiring, and performance management.
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, particularly Excel.
* Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A relevant advanced degree or degree equivalent.
* Relevant industry certification.
* Project management certification.
* Relevant experience in project management and delivery.
* Upper intermediate proficiency in a second European language.
