As a 3-Star England Football Accredited club, a Nike Partner Club, and a Junior Premier League club, we set the standard for aspiring footballers aged 5 to 18, ensuring a safe, fun, and inspiring journey. Boys and girls of all abilities learn in our top-class facilities, guided by FA and UEFA licensed coaches, as well as players who have reached the pinnacle of the professional game. But our Academy is more than just football. Our programme includes academy teams, pre-academy squads, and FA-affiliated initiatives like the FA Wildcats for girls and the FA Comets Disability Football programme. These squads are supported by state-of-the-art facilities and technology, including 4G artificial pitches, VEO cameras, and PlayerMaker data collection tools. About the Role : We're scouting for a dynamo Venue Leader to lead their own team and run fantastic coaching sessions, at our illustrious venues in London. This isn't just any coaching job; it's your chance to be a game-changer, planning and executing training sessions that inspire and develop our young players' skills and team spirit.
