The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our team for 9 months (FTC) in Liverpool, UK. This role is responsible for the delivery of employee relations processes, providing expert consultation and guidance to leaders and team members, working to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to any related employment issues that arise. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring legislative and relevant QVC Policy compliance in the execution of business activity and QVC culture, and as guided by the Team Member Relations Lead (market or region), ensuring that applicable QVC policies are up to date, compliant, maintained and appropriate for the achievement of business needs. You will work in a hybrid capacity based both in the office and also working from home on certain days during the week. Your Impact You will provide specialist and expert advice, guidance and counsel to Directors and People function colleagues on all team member relations issues, policy interpretation and questions, including conduct, capability (performance and sickness), re-organization, termination of employment, team member complaints and compliance issues. You will work in collaboration with other People function COEs, managers and team members to provide relevant Team Member Relations expertise in the execution of any complex and/or market-wide initiatives or projects. You will respond to team member issues and questions, providing feedback to managers to ensure appropriate action is taken where necessary. You will partner with relevant and appropriate Directors, supporting investigative processes on the most sensitive and complex team member relations situations, ensuring action is being taken to address these issues. You will provide People function representation for managers in any formal processes for Directors (disciplinary, performance, sickness absence, etc.), ensuring decisions are consistent with best practice, legislation, QVC culture and policy. What You Bring Master’s degree (economics or HR Management) or equivalent qualification. Extensive experience in an HR generalist role and in a Senior Team Member Relations focused role. Solid background and experience in working with relevant Employee Representation Bodies. Knowledge in country specific labor law. Fluency in English (read and write).
