My IT Client is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
The Sales Support role is essential to the success of the sales team. The primary responsibility is to assist the sales department (10 people) in driving growth by ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing customer communications, and supporting sales processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring the team is organised, well-informed, and equipped with the resources they need to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
2. Handle sales documentation, processing orders, and preparing reports.
3. Track sales leads and follow-ups to ensure timely action from the sales team.
4. Help prepare and submit quotes and pricing proposals.
5. Assist with order processing and ensure all orders are entered into the system correctly.
6. Generate sales reports, analyse data, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
7. Maintain sales databases and ensure that records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
They are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills and a bit of 'backbone'! Candidates should have previously worked in sales and want to step into the admin/support side or alternatively have experience in operations.
The role is full-time, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
