Support Worker Role - Full Time and Part Time Available
Pay rate: £12.37 per hour
Location: Wembdon, Bridgwater
Croftlands is a small home in the centre of Bridgwater, we support 6 people with positive behaviour support through active engagement and meaningful lives.
We take every opportunity to support people to live the lives they want so there can be elements of driving, either the house vehicle or your own car, to support people to their chosen activities, however drivers are not essential for this role.
We are close to the new Bridgwater leisure complex which we use to visit the cinema, bowling or a game of pool. The people we support enjoy local pub lunches at the Quantock gateway pub which is a few minutes walk away from the home. We have a vehicle so getting to local towns, beaches, forest walks are never too far away.
Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, if you can take your time to listen then a job with us may be for you! We don't wear uniforms (it's friendlier that way)
If you tick some of these boxes, then a job with Discovery might tick yours.
We are a small friendly team always looking to enhance the lives of the people we support. We take every opportunity to support people to live the lives they want so there can be elements of driving, either the house vehicle or your own car, to support people to their chosen activities.
