About BTS
BTS are a global consultancy focused on the people side of strategy execution. We partner with clients to solve a variety of people-based organisational challenges. We use deep knowledge of the client business to create powerful learning experiences that unlock curiosity and shift people’s mindsets.
We create ‘aha’ moments. We enable personal growth. We allow change to happen well.
We’re not looking for people to blend in. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative people who can add to our team, bring new ideas, unique perspectives, and diverse backgrounds.
We don’t do hierarchy. We have an intentionally flat structure, and everyone has a voice. We are extremely proud of our people-based culture. We work hard, but we laugh and have fun while we’re at it. We value inclusion and integrity. We are proud of the fact that people feel they can truly be themselves at work. We truly enable freedom and responsibility in the way we work together. We support each other. We collaborate. We actually really like each other!
What you’ll do in your role?
Our external pool of associates (self-employed contractors), whether facilitators, coaches or business psychologists, are critical to the delivery of our work and future ability to scale our solutions.
You will be responsible for:
* Coordination of global and regional Coach training opportunities
* Global Coach onboarding management which includes managing ‘how to’ guides (invoicing, coach platform, calendar), supervision etc.
* Ongoing support of our training platform
* Creation of new trainings on the system
* Support and maintenance of quality KPIs
* Monitor and report on global training and feedback
* Point of contact for training queries
* Co-ordination of supervision for Europe Coaches
* Administer ICF certification for training (CCEUs)
What we’re looking for:
You'll be a team player that can balance the need to get work done with the need to build and maintain relationships. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace and balancing competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly organised, timely and with good attention to detail
* A strong executor, someone who gets through their task list
* Able to work in a small team but also collaborate with the wider global business
* In possession of excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence in dealing with people
* Able to build relationships at all levels
* Able to manage the complexities of working with both internal and external stakeholders
* Skilled in handling the complexities of engaging with various cultures
