Dealing with Businesses across Yorkshire and beyond, they specialise in Hospitality, Motor and Commercial Property insurance and are now looking for the next recruit to join there expanding team. This Role: As an Commercial Account Handler you will provide professional advice and exceptional service to all clients. Manage policy events efficiently, adhering to compliance standards, while ensuring customers are treated fairly and with professionalism. Retain existing clients and generate new business by building strong relationships and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Develop tailored solutions, pricing, and placement strategies that meet client needs and drive profitable business. Provide quality service by advising, reviewing, and arranging suitable insurance cover at competitive premiums. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and industry professionals to maximize business opportunities. Place commercial lines business within approved markets, ensuring the best fit for client needs. Monitor policies and client information, addressing potential issues proactively and ensuring compliance. Keep clients informed of political, regulatory, and market updates that may affect their coverage or business. About You: 2 years or more Insurance knowledge with strengths in Cross Class Commercial at a minimum Strong sales and client service skills, both face-to-face and via telephone. Proven client service and administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Team-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle priorities effectively. Proficient in MS Office and operational use of Acturis, ensuring data quality standards are met.
